Professional Development

Alongside tailored training for staff within Trust schools, we also offer a wide range of professional development opportunities for those interested in getting into teaching as well as those already in the profession, from teaching assistants through to experienced leaders.

The Trust has the single aim of raising the attainment and progress of all children and young people across the area, by working in partnership and sharing best practice to support pupils and student outcomes, whatever a school’s setting might be.

Fosse Way School is the base for the Specialist Autism Support Service (SASS) which has been commissioned by Bath and North East Somerset Council to support autistic children and young adults up to the age of 25.

Part of the SASS remit is to provide training opportunities for education settings and all professionals working with autistic young people as well as their families.

We are regional partners for the Neuroinclusive Education Network (NEN) and can offer the full range of NEN training courses from early years through to post-16.

Please find more information about SASS here, including current courses for professionals, and training and further support for families

If you cannot find the information you require  then please contact us directly by emailing training@thepartnershiptrust.com and we will be happy to help you.
